A Desert Inspired Retreat

The interior design for this elegant private jet was conceived as a tribute to the natural beauty of the desert.  The desert metaphor is represented by certain colors and shapes.  To accentuate a desert experience, a unique customized hand-trimmed carpet with a sand wave-like pattern was designed for the aircraft.  In addition, golden decorative elements resembling the trunk of a palm tree and tables supported by a structure made of two golden palm leaves make reference to the desert landscape.

The aircraft includes a majlis with a dining area for eight in the forward section of the aircraft, a master bedroom and VIP lavatory with a medical room next to it, a guest bedroom with private lavatory, and guest and staff seating in the aft section of the airplane.

Ceiling lights are also designed with mood-lighting that gives the ceiling a blue glow reminiscent of the desert night sky.

The falcon was also used as an important inspirational element (the owner practices falconry) and is represented by a specially designed René Lalique crystal falcon perched in the living area.
